I work according to an integrative form of psychotherapy, which means I apply various therapy methods attuned to the diversity of your personal experiences and lifestyle.

In our first sessions we will dive deeper into the challenges that present themselves in your life. We then determine which approach suits you best for healing insight and helpful results.

Relationship therapy

With Integrative Relationship Therapy, we zoom in on the conflict at hand and everyone's individual perception of the situation, whether you are in a romantic relationship, friendship, or any other (platonic) connection.

You will both learn to (re-)observe the presets with which you view one another and get to know the emotions that form the basis of your misunderstandings.

Present feelings are detected and offer valuable insights. Learning which parts of you play a role in your connection leads to more understanding and compassion in your relationship.
